Creating the perfect heart of a home can require a great deal more than simple fitting, and we will happily undertake building alterations where necessary – just ask!
What size of job does your company carry out?
From simple 1 or 2 day makeovers, up to major structural and extension projects.
Will building regulations or planning permission be required?
Sometimes; we can advise on where local authority approval is required, assist you with submitting paperwork and arranging inspections during and after the works as needed.
This is our home – how will the work affect us living here?
All services ( water, heating, gas, electricity) will normally be restored by the end of each working day. In the rare cases where interruptions are necessary, we will notify you in advance
I work all day, how can I coordinate the various tradesmen for the job?
No need – we will be your single point of contact from start to finish, project managing all activity
If we decide to use you, how soon will you be able to start?
Typically 3-4 weeks, sometimes sooner.
How long will the work take?
We will give you an expected completion date and planned milestones for longer projects.
Will there be someone here every day?
When we start a job, we commit to it – and aim to complete as efficiently as possible so yes we plan our activity to flow from day to day.
Can we see the products that you recommend?
Yes. We work closely with local showrooms where you can go and see the products we suggest for you.
What warranty can we expect?
We only recommend good quality and value-for-money appliances based upon our experience and knowledge of the marketplace, and will fit in accordance with the manufacturer warranties. All of our work on the installation is guaranteed for 12 months and support is always available.
